Account deletion

Cheaply Shop account deletion uses a secure Admin-approval process. Submitting a request does not immediately delete or disable your account.

Request deletion from the website

1. Sign in with your registered mobile number.
2. Open Account → Profile.
3. Select “Request account deletion” and confirm.

Request deletion from the app

Open Profile, select Delete account, review the approval notice, and confirm. The same secure request is used by both App and Web.

While approval is pending

Your account remains usable. You can see the pending status and may cancel the request before an administrator approves it.

After approval

Disposable profile data, addresses, cart, wishlist, device tokens, notifications and sessions are removed. Your authentication identity is deleted. Orders and payment records may be anonymized and retained where required for tax, accounting, reconciliation, refunds, fraud prevention, disputes and audits.
